Content & Creation guidelines

Our team conducts an analysis to identify what subscribers are paying for and the value they receive when deciding what counts as a benefit that can be supplied to them. We also need to make sure that people don't get around our rules by distributing banned benefits that aren't listed on Fanminati.

Illegal creations and benefits

Any content that is considered criminal under Indian law. For further information, please see the Indian IT Act. Our Terms and Conditions also contain information on the subject. Please keep in mind that terms and conditions are subject to change, and this material should not be construed as exhaustive in light of Indian legislation.

We do not accept the following forms of perks anywhere on Fanminati. We will also report the account and help with law enforcement to identify the source in some of these circumstances.

The following benefits are not permitted:

1. Sexual depictions of minors and images of child abuse
2. Human or animal abuse images
3. Access to gaming and betting products and services

Drugs, medication, and supplements

It is okay for people to share their experiences with problems they have had and how they have overcome them in order to aid others who are struggling. We do not, however, want producers to promote undesirable or risky activities. As a result, you are unable to provide the following benefit:

1. Medications or drug paraphernalia
2. Part payment for prescriptions, medications, or supplements in the form of coupons, gift cards, or any other incentive to buy or receive the items listed above.
3. Weight loss, energy boost, or miracle cures are all examples of medications or food supplements.
4. Books or other educational materials that claim to be able to assist cure sickness.

Fanminati permits creations that engage in or discuss general health and fitness.

Weapons and explosives

You cannot offer the following as benefits on Fanminati:

1. Weapons of any kind including lethal weapons
2. fireworks
3. Partial payment such as coupons, gift cards, or any incentive to purchase or obtain firearms or explosives.
4. Tutorials, instructions, or demonstrations for crafting or modifying weapons, such as 3D printed designs, manufacturing firearms, and other DIY creations

Alcohol and smoking

You cannot offer the following:

1. Alcohol and smoking substances such as tobacco, cigars, vapes, e-cigarette, rolling paper, and cigarettes.
2. Promotions, coupons, or any other incentives to purchase or obtain alcohol and smoking products
3. Kits to brew alcohol.

Sex work and sexual services

We prohibit pornography or sexual services to be funded on Fanminati. As a result, you cannot offer the following benefits:

1. You cannot use Fanminati to provide access to pornographic material such as giving access to a website or shared private access to pornographic creations whether on Fanminati or on any other platform. Pornography is defined as real people engaging in sexual acts such as masturbation or sexual intercourse on camera.
2. You cannot offer items that are either sexually gratifying or intimate in nature.
3. You cannot use Fanminati’s payment system to fund escort activity.
4. You cannot offer an erotic webcam session to your subscribers. This means that we have a no nudity policy for influencers.

Health, hygiene and consumables

Creations related to cooking, how to make your own products and discussing health are allowed, but influencers cannot offer ingredients or consumables as a benefit.



Multi-level marketing and direct selling

Fanminati is not a platform for starting a direct sales company or facilitating multi-level marketing. Fanminati is a platform for influencers to launch their creative projects, not a place to advertise a direct sales business. Direct marketing companies' products are not eligible for inclusion on Fanminati as a benefit.

Raffles

As part of a perk, you cannot request money for raffles or giveaways. To put it another way, subscribers should not be charged for the opportunity to win something. This includes lotteries, raffles, and even mystery boxes where the value is unknown. If you want to give away something to your followers, be sure to open it up to your entire fan base, make sure it's not just for your subscribers, and respect all applicable regulations.

Fanminati reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. You accept that Fanminati has the sole, irrevocable, and unrestricted right to change the Terms & Conditions.
